Are your prices flexible?
They can be if you need to adjust the service and customize it to your needs. I want to work with you so that it supports you and your business goals. During our discovery call we will chat about your challenges, the goals you’re looking to accomplish, the timeline you expect to achieve those in and how we could work together. We can select a package above if it works best for you or create a custom plan based on your needs.
Am I locked into a long-term contract with you?
You definitely don’t have to be! I can be flexible with cash flow though if we are doing a larger website design project and you’d like to spread the payments out over the year, we can workout a 12-month contract that would allow a cash-flow friendly option. Bottom line – I don’t want you to work with me unless you love and value the things I’m providing!
Can I modify services once I sign a contract?
Sure! As we all know, business is dynamic and your marketing efforts need to be able to shift with you. We will have regular meeting during which we will touch base and can understand what shifts may be needed and when. All changes must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
