Megan Spicer

Owner & Founder

So nice to meet you! I’m Megan Spicer, owner and founder of Fierce Forge Marketing. I’ve been specializing in Digital Marketing & Business Development for over 15 years now. I started my marketing career in the brewing industry as I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University. I have since worked with a variety of professional services, including accountants and CPAs, law firms, life and business coaching, and various other small businesses across the nation.

My unique strength is tenacity. I’m humble enough to admit I don’t have all the answers, but committed to finding solutions and ensuring we achieve results.

My passion is helping business owners who are committed to inspiring and training others (especially women and children) to grow, find strength and resilience. If that sounds like you, let’s talk!

Things I love:

• Being outside and staying active. Hiking, the beach, and camping are my jam. I enjoy training jiu jitsu, which I started consistently in 2022.

• Music. I can appreciate most genres and love live music. Being moved and inspired by music makes me happy.

• John Wick. All of them. Also LOTR & Deadpool.

Things I could do without:

• Laundry… it never ends and that’s annoying.

• Lack of follow through. I’d rather just hear “no” than a yes and failure to show up.

• Unnecessary whining and excuses. Take accountability and do the work.
